DURALIFT is a compact, explosion-proof lifting beam from Becker MineTrans®, designed for safe lifting, lowering, and transport of various types of loads in underground workings.
Thanks to its hydrostatic drive system and design adapted for operation in environments with methane and coal dust hazards, DURALIFT performs reliably even in the most demanding mining conditions.
The device offers a lifting capacity of up to 80 kN (2 × 40 kN), while adjustable links enable efficient handling of a wide range of materials – from individual machine components, through support elements, to complete transport containers.
The beam has been designed for full compatibility with Becker MineTrans suspended monorails, including both diesel and battery-powered locomotives.
Versatility of applications
DURALIFT enables fast and safe transport of loads in workings with inclines of up to ±30°, on track profiles I155 (I140E), I140V and BWTU.
Thanks to its low structural height and high guiding stability, it is ideal for installation, maintenance, and logistics tasks carried out underground.
The beam can operate with various MineTrans attachments, creating flexible transport sets tailored to individual user requirements.
