MEGALIFT is an advanced, explosion-proof lifting beam from Becker MineTrans®, designed for transporting, lifting, and lowering heavy loads of up to 320 or 340 kN.

Its design has been developed for the most demanding mining conditions — including methane and dust hazardous environments, as well as workings with inclines of up to ±30°. MEGALIFT is a reliable tool for operation in confined spaces, where both lifting capacity and operational reliability are critical.

The beam is fully compatible with MineTrans® transport systems and works with various types of frames and hauling equipment, making it a versatile solution for mines seeking high-power and durable equipment.

Heavy-duty design – reliable handling of loads up to 34 tonnes

The MEGALIFT beam consists of two transport units connected by a heavy-duty linkage, with a central hydraulic lifting cylinder that ensures precise control of load movement.

Thanks to its robust frame and large lifting stroke, the device enables safe transport of both powered roof support components and long, irregular loads requiring stable guidance.

Optional equipment with a DPR-200/5G module with solenoid valves allows for remote control of lifting and lowering operations, improving operator ergonomics and safety.
