MODULIFT is a modular, explosion-proof lifting beam from Becker MineTrans®, designed for handling loads of up to 270 kN in underground mining operations.
Its design allows for flexible configuration of transport sets — from lightweight 8-ton systems to heavy-duty setups for transporting the largest components of powered roof supports.
Thanks to its hydrostatic lifting drive and chain lifting system, MODULIFT ensures exceptional durability, stability, and precision, even in demanding operating conditions. It is an ideal solution for mines requiring reliable equipment with a wide range of applications.
Modular design – maximum configuration possibilities
The key advantage of the MODULIFT system is its modularity, which allows it to be configured in three main load capacity variants:

- – 160 kN
- – 270 kN
This allows the transport system to be adapted both for light maintenance work and for handling heavy powered roof support components.
The beam can operate with any hauling equipment approved for underground use — including suspended monorails, floor-mounted machines, and hydraulic transport systems.
An additional DPR-200/5G module, equipped with solenoid valves, enables remote lifting and lowering of loads, providing full operator control and increasing operational safety.
