Becker MineTrans® transport platforms are reliable auxiliary devices designed for transporting heavy materials, powered roof support sections, machine components, and other loads requiring stable guidance on tracks used by floor-mounted machines.
Designed to operate with KSZS / MSZS floor-mounted machines, KSZ electric machines, and other MineTrans® vehicles, they represent a key element of underground logistics.
Their robust construction, optimal load distribution, and high resistance to mining conditions ensure safe transport even for the most demanding loads.
Design Optimized for Underground Operation
Platforms are available in a wide range of load capacity configurations, including the following versions:
- 150 kN (15 tonnes)
- 220 kN (22 tonnes)
- 320 kN (32 tonnes)
- 350 kN (35 tonnes)
- 400 kN (40 tonnes)
- 480 kN (48 tonnes)
Each platform has been designed to ensure proper weight distribution on the tracks and stable operation in workings with varying conditions.
Heavy-duty wheelsets ensure safe operation on 650 mm and 900 mm gauge tracks as well as on inclines of up to ±30° (longitudinal) and ±10° (transverse).
