Power Driven by Experience

VOLTER+ has been developed based on more than 10 years of Becker-Warkop battery technology development, initiated with the LGA, MCA-1, and VOLTER models.

The new drive system, with up to 88 kW of power and 140 kN of tractive force, enables the transport of heavy longwall assemblies and conveyor components on gradients of up to ±35°.

In the dual-unit configuration (Double VOLTER+), total tractive force reaches 240 kN, while battery capacity exceeds 320 kWh.

Intelligent Visualization and Monitoring

VOLTER+ is equipped with a system for recording and visualizing operating parameters:

  • distance and operating time
  • energy consumption and battery capacity usage
  • energy cost per kilometer and per day
  • charging time, downtime, and drive/hydraulic operating time

With the mobile application running on Android 13, operators or supervisors can monitor the machine status in real time, analyze data, and optimize operating cycles.
